flagship product is its namesake Warehouse Management
System (仓库系统) that is designed to meet the need of
3PL (third party logistic)
warehousing operations - that prerequisite flexibility and configurable
functionality that minimize, if not eliminate, customization requirement
when adding new client.
Although originally conceptualized and designed to meet
small to medium sized organizations,
has been selected by a number of multinational companies for deployment in
their regional and global warehousing operations.
Couple of 3PLs have choose and deployed CRiSTAL as their
second WMS system to manage their small to medium sized (about 20,000 sq m)
warehousing operations.
Also incorporated in the WMS is a 3PL activity-based services billing module
which help to take care of the
nitty-gritty
in the billing process and ensure
accurate and timely billing.
The WMS is enabled for barcode and RFID tags based operation using RF or
wireless network enabled Win Mobile or CE based PDA.
Also incorporated is a user-defined language conversion function which
enable users to change the captions of each fields, in term of language or
preferred terminology.
Also as part of the WMS is
WMSNet, a web based enquiry and reporting module, which
enable users to check real-time on stock availability and print reports.
The module also include a Sales Order Entry function
which allows users to input sales requirement, wherever they are, so long
they have internet connection, using a web browser.
To help improve productivity,
incorporates a suite of interface functionality and emailing capability.
The interface functionality enables integration to
clients system while the emailing automates reporting and sending of alerts
to clients and their customers
