CASA (S) Pte Ltd

 

A leading appliance master distributor of ELBA, FABER and EF brand of products, CASA selected Warranty Service Management System to manage the after sales service and support operation.

 

Public listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, CASA outgrown their in-house designed system as a result of their growing customer base. With the experience learned from their previous system, a search was make to secure a partner that can provide and support an integrated after-sales system that would facilitate CASA in enhancing customer service while being of ease of use and without the undue requirement on the staff that is usually required in similar system.

DBS Bank
DBS is the largest bank in Singapore.

CRiSTAL Solutions is commissioned to develop and implement a decision support system to help the credit card Customers Acquisition Department in the management of its acquisition and retention of credit card members.

Customers Acquisition Management System assists the department in the identifying of the effectiveness of various locations that have been deployed to distribute credit card application forms.

 

"K" Line Air Service (S) Pte Ltd - Implemented jointly by &

 

"K" Line Air Service (S) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, one of the largest steamship companies in the world, is established in June 1987, with the aim to provide its customer with the 'most comprehensive ... logistics' services.

 

To meet its objective, KLine requires a system that 'flexible dynamic enough to handle the global business changes'  develops its own internet based solution  - Internet Total Logistics Solution (ITLS) that interface with its customers' systems and provide the customer with up-to-date and real-time information and analytical reports.

 

In the process, KLine choose Warehouse Management System to partner its development with taking care of the back room and ITLS that handle the front office.

Techno Associe  (Singapore) Pte Ltd

 

Techno Associe, a wholly owned Japanese company that distributes fasteners to the electronic manufacturing companies.

 

Operating originally in a warehouse where everything is with hand-reach of the warehouse staff, Techno Associe is forced to relocate it warehousing operation to a high-rack warehouse. Recognising that it is not possible to manage the new warehouse operation the same manual way as its previous warehouse, the management selected to implement Warehouse Management System in the new warehouse.

 

Decision in selection of the system was based on value-for-money of the system and the experience and expertise of CRiSTAL Solutions team.

 

Since moving to the new warehouse in August 2001, the operation have constantly been improving and adapting to the new operational environment.

 

Changi International Logistics Centre Ltd

CILC, a joint venture by 4 leading logistics service providers in Singapore that including CIAS and Excel Logistics, is a 3PL warehousing operation that manage a modern warehousing complex and provide both warehousing space on lease basis and/or logistics service.

 

CRiSTAL Solutions was engaged by CILC between Jan – May 2001 to provide Logistics System management to ensure that their WMS operates as required and its customer service level is not compromised during a difficult period.

 

CRiSTAL Solutions successfully completed the assignment.
