- Rewrite and release Jan 2008, the RF Warehouse module now runs on Windows Mobile 5/6 based PDA and SmartPhone. This enable user to query their inventory without the need of workstation.

2. Warranty Services Management system that incorporates parts inventory control to provide integrated system to appliances service center.

3. Questionnaire Survey System – a self contain system that is also integrated with the Customer Service Management System

All systems are built based on Thin Client Architecture that enable them to deployed on a standalone workstation, Local Area Network or Wide Area Network (WAN) via the Internet communication backbone with Citrixä Application Server.
